Refunds & Returns
Refunds are available 24 hours after your purchase. After that, all sales are final.

Shipping Policy
We ship mainly from Canada and the main courier we utilize is Canada Post unless stated otherwise in the customer's shipment confirmation email.
Blacktober Prints are printed & shipped from the US and the main two couriers used are UPS & USPS.
Please note that once items that have been shipped via mail carrier, it is the customer's responsibilty to be mindful of the delivery and contact the given mail carrier for all delivery related support.
Items marked "Delivered" after 1 week will not be eligible for support.
Please also note that some of the items you have ordered, may come in separate packaging and not altogether. Tracking will always be provided for every shipment.

Quality Assurance
All items are carefully inspected to ensure they are in optimal condition for sale. Please note that some items may have minor scratches or imperfections that do not affect their overall quality.

"Do you accept other currency?"
We accept almost all currencies worldwide!

"How long will my item take to ship & deliver?"
Shipment = 1-2 times a week.
Delivery (North America) = 2-4 weeks
Delivery (EMEA, UK, South America & Asia) = 2-6 weeks
In regards to other parts of the world, we may not be able to ship to your area due to mail/shipping carrier limitations or our manufacturer standards & regulations.

"Why is are my shipping/handling fees so high?"
You are most likely living within a region that collects additional taxes & custom fees that must be covered by the customer.

"I did not receive a shipment or confirmation email"
This could be a server error and/or there is a chance that your order did not go through. Please contact us here immediately if you did not receive a confirmation email.

"My Item says delivered but it didn't arrive"
If your item was marked delivered by the given carrier but you did not receive it, please contact us here immediately.
Please be mindful of your package's delivery as items marked "Delivered" after 1 week will not be eligible for support.

"My item arrived damaged"
We always provide the best packaging of our goods to ensure their safe delivery. If you happen to receive an item is poorly treated upon arrival, please take a picture immediately and we may be able to send you replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
